Uncommon Fíl was created to disrupt the common food narrative surrounding vegan food. What began as a storytelling platform has extended into the Uncommon Fíl Collective, a creative, plant-forward collective using food, hospitality, and storytelling to shift how people experience plant-based food, culture, and connection.

Through education, immersive experiences, and consulting, we support home cooks, chefs, hospitality teams, and communities with uncommon yet practical tools for building food practices that honor culture, sustainability, and access.

Grounded in ethical collaboration and community care, we share a different perspective through plant-centered food, helping people see and hear the stories of those behind the meals, the kitchens, and the communities.
